It looks like 2014 will be a big year when it comes to transportation in Charlottesville. The city has approved for Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) to implement a number of routing system changes. It seems that the main purpose behind these renovations is to create a better ‘first impression’ of Charlottesville. Melinda Crawford, Executive Director of Albemarle Airport, told The Daily Progress:
“I firmly believe that you get one chance to make a really good first impression on individuals, and having the amenities that they need plays a really big role in making that impression.”
