Richmond’s “Tacky Lights” continue to receive national notice, this time landing on Travel + Leisure’s list of the top places for Christmas lights in the United States.
The annual ritual that begins around Thanksgiving was good for No. 7 on the list, which also includes Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
